Hi all,
I would like to change the grid unit of my computation (meters to millimeters) without opening the FINE interface (because of bug). I thought open .run file linked (to my computation) but I don't know what is the correct parameter to change. Does anyone have already do this manipulation? Thanks in advance. Matthias. |

Dear Matthias,
Unfortunately I cannot test it at the moment, but I think I found the parameter in the .iec project file. Please search for #************************************************* **************************** #******* START GRID PARAMETERS SECTION ************** #************************************************* **************************** # NI_BEGIN grid_bc VERSION 1.0 GRIDUNIT 1 NUMBER_OF_GRID_LEVEL_I 2 NUMBER_OF_GRID_LEVEL_J 2 NUMBER_OF_GRID_LEVEL_K 2 IGGGRIDVERSION 5 SHOWAG5MESSAGE 0 ..... I assume GRIDUNIT=1 is the scale factor relative to the unit [m], which means this example mesh has the grid unit [m]. If you want to set it to [mm] the parameter should be changed to GRIDUNIT=0.001 for example. |
