Crenulated Blade

Sorry for my poor English, for I'm not a native speaker. I was trying to simulate the flow in a crenulated blade cascade ( just make a hole approaching the trailing edge of the blade ). I've obtained the precise geometry data for that blade cascade, from some CAD softwares or my in-house codes. However, it was difficult to produce a suitable mesh for this cascade. I am using Fine/Turbo 7.1 with autogrid 4.1 I've tried Gambit for Fluent, but found it too difficult to dense the near wall grids, which was crucial for my simulation. ( Sorry, forgot to mention that I use SA Tubulence model ). We've tried to use AutoGrid, but found the quality of the grids was so poor that computation cannot be performmed. Anyone can help, or just provide a software that can precisely handle that stuff? Lots of Thanks~

It would be better to use autogrid5 as it is much more powerful than autogrid4

Thank you for your reply. However, to book an order for AUTOGRID 5 comsumes a lot of money and time. Local NUMECA service has asked us to wait for a new release of that software, thus we later chose to wait.
