[swak4Foam] vectorSwakExplicitSource

Hello , I have a question about vectorSwakExplicitSource in openFoam-3.0.1 , I would like to set an explicit velocity-sources which has an outward normal velocity on cylinder surface.

I have copied the content from "swak4Foam-Examples" into fvOptions file as following attached URL.

When I start to run simulation then I got an error in expressions part ,
it seems that the solver has known the existence of vectorSwakExplicitSource:

Creating finite volume options from "system/fvOptions"

Selecting finite volume options model type vectorSwakExplicitSource
    Source: plug
    - selecting all cells
    - selected 65448 cell(s) with volume 0.000736533


--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: 
attempt to read beyond EOF

file: /data01/201611/darcyTest/coldFlowReac/system/fvOptions.plug.vectorSwakExplicitSourceCoeffs.expressions.U at line 36.

    From function ITstream::read(token&)
    in file db/IOstreams/Tstreams/ITstream.C at line 83.

FOAM exiting

So, how could I modified the expressions part to set my velocity source correctly?
