Yep. snappyhexmesh do work fine, but problem here is checkmesh

After I reload my cloud system, even with very sufficient ram, 'core dumped' error occurs while doing checkmesh, and while running simplefoam stage, such error code is shown

Code:

[90] #0  Selecting patchDistMethod meshWaveFoam::error::printStack(Foam::Ostream&) at ??:?
 [90] #1  Foam::sigFpe::sigHandler(int) at ??:?
[90] #2  ? in "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6"
[90] #3  Foam::divide(Foam::Field<double>&, double const&, Foam::UList<double> const&) at ??:?
[90] #4  Foam::operator/(double const&, Foam::tmp<Foam::Field<double> > const&) at ??:?
[90] #0  Selecting patchDistMethod meshWaveFoam::error::printStack(Foam::Ostream&) at ??:?
[90] #1  Foam::sigFpe::sigHandler(int) at ??:?
[90] #2  ? in "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6"
[90] #3  Foam::divide(Foam::Field<double>&, double const&, Foam::UList<double> const&) at ??:?
[90] #4  Foam::operator/(double const&, Foam::tmp<Foam::Field<double> > const&) at ??:?
[90] #5  Foam::surfaceInterpolation::makeDeltaCoeffs() const at ??:?
[90] #0  Selecting patchDistMethod meshWaveFoam::error::printStack(Foam::Ostream&) at ??:?
[90] #1  Foam::sigFpe::sigHandler(int) at ??:?
[90] #2  ? in "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6"
[90] #3  Foam::divide(Foam::Field<double>&, double const&, Foam::UList<double> const&) at ??:?
[90] #4  Foam::operator/(double const&, Foam::tmp<Foam::Field<double> > const&) at ??:?
[90] #5  Foam::surfaceInterpolation::makeDeltaCoeffs() const at ??:?
[90] #6  Foam::surfaceInterpolation::deltaCoeffs() const at ??:?
[90] #7  Foam::RASModel<Foam::incompressibleMomentumTransportModel>::RASModel(Foam::word const&, Foam::geometricOneField const&, Foam::geometricOneField const&, Foam::GeometricField<Foam::Vector<double>, Foam::fvPatchField, Foam::volMesh> const&, Foam::GeometricField<double, Foam::fvsPatchField, Foam::surfaceMesh> const&, Foam::GeometricField<double, Foam::fvsPatchField, Foam::surfaceMesh> const&, Foam::viscosity const&) at ??:?
It shows some error at surfaceInterpolation, so I first thought this is mesh error made by abort of checkmesh

So I just removed checkmesh stage, but it showed same error.

Snappyhexmesh is definitely working fine with no mesh with non-orthogonality, but it seems there is some error to mesh.

What would be reason of core dump, and how can I fix my mesh?
