Dear OpenFOAM users
I tried to adapt the jaggedBoundary tutorial to use it for my case. This tutorial starts from an stl that describes the shell of the geometry one wants to mesh. I have included my stl in the attachments. I basically have 2 problems: 1. In foamyQuadMeshDict, you have to supply a locationInMesh vector. I have tried several values, but the output always indicates that my vector lies outside the mesh (even though I clearly verified with ParaView that my vector lies within the geometry). 2. When running foamyQuadMesh, I get a segmentation fault. I have included the the foamyQuadMeshDict and log file in the attachments. The other files are exactly those of the jaggedBoundary tutorial. Can anybody help me to get the foamyQuadMesh working for the stl in the attachments, or does anybody know what is wrong? Thank you in advance! |
