[Other] How to properly change the .stl file in tubineSiting tutorial?

Hello guys,

I'm new to OpenFOAM and right now I am trying to learn how to properly use the snappyHexMesh application.

So, I copied the turbineSiting tutorial, used Allrun and everything worked well. Now I have changed the .stl file, to try other terrain, and it doesn't work. The patches for the block made by the blockMeshDict are created, but the patch for the new terrain is not.

What I really want to to know is this:

What do I have to change to adjust the new terrain (.stl file) to the case?

Hello Leonardo,

What is the Error output? Without the logfile and also your snappyHexMeshDict, blockMesh it could be everything

Have you checked the locationinMesh?
