Smoothing a mesh from blockMesh

Hi,
I created a mesh using blockmesh but I'm not happy with the result in the boundary between blocks. In this region the lines sudenly change direction (See the picture below). Is there any free tool that can improve the mesh by relocating the vertexes? Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all Paulo |
