Of course, this error occurs the number of times than the number of cores (processors) asked.
I don't understand what's happening. Does anybody know a bit about this Fatal Error ?
This error is annoying because it occurs only when the scheduler allows me to work on the cluster, about 2 days after I asked... So it took me 4 days (plus the week-end) to repeat the error. I cannot retry easily changing one parameter at a time to find the problem...
I started from a large blockMesh. Then, surfaceFeatureExtract. Then, edition of decomposeParDict: method scotch. Then, decomposePar . Then ,edition (again) of decomposeParDict: method ptscotch. And last: "mpirun snappyHexMesh -parallel -overwrite "
but I had the error log mentionned above...
What do you need to help me, please?
