Hi Everyone,
I am trying to create an airfoil and then mesh it in gmsh. I really dont undestand how to import the coordinates into gmsh. When i use the concatentate func of excel and try reading the file into gmsh i get an error. Hope someone will tell me how to go about meshing the airfoil using gmsh. Thanks |

Unfortunately, there is no direct way to import airfoil points to Gmsh.
You can check this tutorial, which provides python code to copy the points. https://community.dur.ac.uk/g.l.ingram/download.php I wrote a code using Octave long time but I cannot find it now but it was a very simple code. Quote:
