Hello forum,

I'm trying to make a mesh from a couple of stl files using snappyHexMesh. So far, I'm only examining the castellated mesh. The mesh looks to be discontinuous when I examine it in paraview (see picture).

My questions:

1. Does the mesh look discontinuous due to a graphical "illusion" in paraview, or because the mesh is in fact discontinuous (in other words, how reliable is paraview in this sense)?

2. If there are holes (discontinuities) in the mesh, how do I fix them? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Case file:

Note:
I'm new to the forum, so please excuse inevitable newbinities.

Thanks,
Tobias Lindström
