Default snappyHexMesh not reading stl file

Trying to mesh the body of some oceanographic instumentation using SHM (basically just a cylinder with tapered edges) and SHM is forming the mesh (no errors) but the object is not in it. I think it could be some problem with my .stl file.

Solved - was a problem with type of stl file that I was trying to import into snappy.
