[snappyHexMesh] Invalid Normals for source face to target face while making AMI?

Default Invalid Normals for source face to target face while making AMI?

I was making a stirrer simulation with pimpleDyMFoam. I made AMIs for simulating the moving mesh. While executing the paraFoam command after making the mesh and patching it, I found the following error message on my console.

On checking the source code faceAreaWeightAMI.c , I found out that this message appears when the magnitude of the vector indicating the normal of a particular face is less than ROOTVMSMALL( A constant with a value 1e-18). But beyond that I dont know much.

Could anyone please help me out with this? If this information is not enough, please notify me.
