Dear all,
I have a .msh file and I would like to convert it into a vtk file in oder to provide it to gmsh. A collegue told me that he did it once by importing the .msh file into OpenFoam and then exporting it as vtk file. Since I have never used OpenFoam I am somehow lost. I have installed OpenFoam into the WSL in windows (ubuntu version). I have put on a folder the mesh that I what to convert and run the command Fluent3DMeshToFoam but obviously it has failed, since I have not added a system and constant subfolders. So, my question is the following how should I do the the controlDict, fvSchemes and fvSolution and the constant directories in order to run such command? And once I am able to run the command that I desired to run, how I should run FoamToVTK? Thanks Best regards Dani |
