I'm trying to generate the mesh from a propeller using snappyHexMesh and everthing looks ok except that snap is generating really small cells across the airfoil surface, as shown in the images.

When seing in the crinkle mode, it looks like it created two cells when it should only be one.

It becomes a bigger problem when layering since the layers replicate this weird behaviour.

I have already tried to change the minVol parameter of the qualityDict, but the only thing that happened was that more cells were counted as in error at the end of the meshing.

Does anyone know some way to fix this?
