[Other] About installing OpenFOAM 2.4.0 -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

smithloo New Member smithloo Join Date: May 2024 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	I've been trying to install OpenFOAM 2.4.0 (a requirement for SOWFA, for those curious to why) using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS for Windows. There's a lot of good advice out there but some don't seem to work for this version unfortunately. I've been following the guidelines below by OpenFOAM.org, but first concerns are that it appears this version of Ubuntu hasn't been tested with OF yet - indeed, the guy who got OF 2.4.x installed did it with Ubuntu 14.04 __________________ I'm Smithloo
