Both better than the other but differently.


cfMesh: Easy to use, really fast, easy BL insertion.
sHM: a bit harder to use, much more freedom, much more functionalities.


For a simple case I think cfMesh is the way to go. Easy to use, and really fast. Also it produces good quality meshes and you don't have to deal with the background mesh like in snappy.
If you have some more complex domain (multiple regions, baffles, etc), I think you should go with sHM.


(At least this is how I see the two mesher, but cfMesh has a non-free version (cfMesh+) which has some more functionalities but I have no experience with it.)
