Hi all,
I am looking for a possibility to determine the time, which a particle has been spent in a certain region. Detailed description: I have got a steady-state flow field in a mixer, so no inlet or outlet boundary. I would like to inject virtual, mass-free particles and store the time these particles experience certain fields (e.g. shear strain) along the trajectory. The final output should be a probablistic plot, which shows the probability a particle experiences shear. Any ideas how to start? Thanks, Sören |
