Hi Nina Philipova,

I think you can make such calculation in the post-processing at CFD-Post, for instance. I believe you can do it as well on Fluent's post-processing tools as well. In CFD-Post, you create a new field and say it is total pressure "p" divided by the dynamic pressure (Fluent has already a variable for this or you can explicitly write the equation based on velocity).

Hi, I am learning to simulate 3D flow. I have used Fluent for 3D case and flow around a cylinder. Reference values for area and pressure are 4 and 0. Now I want to plot Cp in CFD-Post. I have created polylines on surface of cylinder. But I want to know what is p in my case for Cp=(p-Pref)/(0.5.rho.U^{2})? and what is U? Is U is freestream velocity? How can I plot in cfd post? Thanks in advance!
