Hello foamers.
I have just started OpenFOAM and am a very beginner. Does anyone know if we can use FieldView for the postprocessing of OpenFOAM 2.3.0? Can we use foamToFieldView? How to install the function? I have FieldView ver13, so I am interested in using FV. I understand ParaView is so useful, but at this moment I just want to know if FieldView can be applied or not. Thanks in advance. Hiromi |

A bunch of utilities are distributed with OpenFOAM and foamToFieldview is one of them. The list of distributed utilities can be accessed by typing util at the command line. You should try paraView sometime in future. Its nice . Refer: http://www.openfoam.org/docs/user/fieldview.php Best, Rahul |
