Hello, everybody. For the "stream tracer" in paraView, there are two methods to specify the locations of the seeds, i.e. "Point source" and "High resolution line source". Both methods require the user to input the coordinates of the source. However, I want to place the seeds on the inlet of my model. For my model, the inlet is located at the end of a curved pipe, so it is difficult to obtain its coordinate. Is there any convenient way that I can do this? Thank you.

You can use stream tracer with custom source (filters -> alphabetical). Select your inlet as the seed source and your region for the other part. You can do this by loading the inlet separately. Click open and load the inlet patch and not internalMesh. You can also load a coarser version of your inlet if it is to fine.
