Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is having a good day.

I wanted to ask if there is any way through which we can generate the time folders as integers, without manually renaming the time folders.

I ask this because I have two codes running in integration. Where OpenFOAM produces time steps as 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, ... The other code is producing the corresponding steps as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...

So the problem is, when I load the .foam file in ParaView and the VTKs from the other code, they do not sync correctly due to the difference in time names.

Is there any way I can generate the folder names as integers, or to force ParaView to correspond:
OpenFOAM --> External Code
0.05 --> 1
0.1 --> 2
0.15 --> 3
0.2 --> 4
and so on...

Hi,

I think the ParaView filter Temporal Shift Scale may be what you need.

Best Regards,
Tom
