Hello Foamers,
Hi. Currently what I need is a rotation around a specific local axis. Well I think it is pretty easy in the recent version of OpenFOAM 2.2. It comes with a separate library named axisRotationMotion. I looked up the source code. It is exactly what I need. Unfortunately I could not use that one . I guess my system admin is too busy to install it in our server. Anyway, now my question is how could I get a similar kind of environment in OpenFOAM 2.0.1? I looked up the source codes associated with solidBodyMotionFvMesh. I am having a hard time to understand those codes. Someone told me to use rotatingMotion. It did not work. I looked at it's source code and saw it could provide rotation around a specific point CofG. Let's say my axis is like from (0 0 0) to (0.0868 0 0.4924). How could I achieve motion around this axis using OpenFOAM 2.0.1?
