parabolic boundary condition in 3d pipe

hello
I am going to set a parabolic boundary condition at the inlet of 3d pipe as a velocity inlet which shows fully developed flow .
As every one knows this is the profile of fully developed flow in a pipe is

u z = u max (1 −r2/R2)

is there any idea how to do that.

in general, there is two ways to impose non-uniform BC at inlet which is:
1- groovyBC
2-codedfixedValue option in standard OpenFOAM versions
