Hi Foamers !

I'm running a simulation using cyclicAMI interface, and I've had a hard time finding information about the different parameters to define the interface...

The AMI is defined as such :
Code:
    AMI_1
    {
        type        cyclicAMI;
        neighbourPatch AMI_0;
        transform coincidentFullMatch;
        tolerance   0.0001;
        nFaces 350;
        startFace 396934;
    }
But I couldn't find information concerning the following aspects :
  • transform
what is the difference between noOrdering and coincidentFullMatch ? In what case should either of them be used ?

  • tolerance
What does the tolerance change ? I've run a few simulations changing this parameter without seeing any obvious difference...

If someone has already sorted that out I'd be glad to have some advice !

Regards,
Daniel
