Hi,
I'm trying to use the stitchMesh function for two unsnapped cylinders generated with snappyHexMesh. Each cylinder is constituted with only one patch. I first use mergeMesh with the two cylinders, leading to a two regions mesh with two patches. I then use the function stitchMesh -overwrite leadingPatch slavePatch -partial The process stops and remains blocked at Reading volScalarField Does anyone have a solution? Edit : After a long time, I get following error : "Duplicate point found in cut face. Error in the face cutting algorithm". This error has been reported many times http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...ate-point.html Did anybody find the solution? Thanks! Sylv20 Last edited by sylv20; September 7, 2015 at 06:03. |
