Hi foamers,
I'm trying to use Janaf model to run reactingFoam. I've seen that there is 2 Janaf model. Apparently, I have the old one, seeing my type of definition with only 7 coefficients (high and low) and a Tlow, a Thigh then a Tcommon. My scale temperature is very low 100K-300K (so apparently again that's feeting for the old Janaf model) but I had difficulties to find correct Janaf coefficients (with so low temperature, under 200K). But for now it's ok, I've find a website that seems great and I would recommend it for everyone: http://kinetics.nist.gov/janaf/ The thing is, I'm completely lost concerning the units... I don't know what are the one used in OpenFOAM... So I'm completely lost and I don't know the correspondence between the website coefficient, and the OpenfFOAM coefficient. (I tried a few combination on the Cp0 using R and rho to have an idea, but it never matched with the OpenFOAM tutorial...) Could anyone helped me with an exemple ? I've put a screenshot of CH4 (because that's one of the element that I use) Than you, Adrien |

In fact I'm stupid... this is the values calculated with the Janaf coefficient, that's why it couldn't matched. But I'm still looking for the units used in the old Janaf model....
