Heat flux in openfoam 1606+

Hi foamers,
Excuse me for asking this question. I was using OF 2.3.0 in which turbulentheatfluxtemperature B.C was available with which I could specify heat flux boundary condition. Now I am using OF v1606+ in which the abouve mentioned boundary condition is not available. Could some one help me out how to specify a heat flux B.C on a boundary. Thank you in advance.
