Hi everyone,
I'm an OpenFOAM's new user and I am trying to simulate the typical case of a laminar flow around a cylinder with heat transfer (3D). My question is what type of BC I have to use in order to get the exchange of informations between the interface air-solid. I was thinking to implement in my script constant/cylinder/polyMesh/boundary a BC called mappedWall but I don't know what sampleRegion and samplePatch stand for. CYLINDER_INTERFACE { type mappedWall; sampleMode nearestPatchFace; sampleRegion ; samplePatch ; startFace 3780; nFaces 288; } Is there someone who can help me, please? best regards, Christian |
