Hi everyone, I am trying to simulate a 2D flow over a flat plate (adapted from the lid-driven cavity case) where I have an inlet, outlet, top and bottom walls, and empty frontAndBack.
The objective of my case is to plot u+ vs y+ to see how well captured my wall grid is.

I'm using the komegaSST turbulence model.

Thing is, most, if not all of the tutorials use wall functions (kqRWallFunction, nutkWallFunction, omegaWallFunction) for the wall patches of their cases. For me, what should be boundary conditions be if I have a grid fine enough (y+~0.4) to capture the wall?

I have tried the calculated BC but my case would not run well and diverges. Please see the attached for my case files. I think it's a simple problem but somehow I cannot get this right.
I have tried the calculated and fixed value conditions for k and e but the solution diverges.

By the way, this is a transient case using pisoFoam, on OpenFOAMv1706. Please see the attached files for my current case that has wallfunctions implemented.

Thank you for your time.
