Yo Foamers,

I am wondering if anyone has experience producing complex porous zones using #codestream? Specifically, I would like to define the value of the tensor D for porousSimpleFoam as a function of space. Since it is not an internal field, where do I put the #codestream or is there a different approach I should be using?

For example, I would like to create a thin walled box of a porous zone, where D = 100 in the direction normal to the box face, and 1000 in the parallel directions. I could achieve this using 6 zones and 6 entries in the porosityProperties file, but I am sure there is a better way.

Thanks!
