Hi is there any documentation about the file formats that are generated when decomposePar is run.

For example:
processor0/constant/polyMesh contains following files:
sets
boundary
boundaryProcAddressing.gz
cellProcAddressing.gz'
cellZones.gz
faceProcAddressing.gz
faces.gz
neigbour.gz
owner.gz
pointProcAddressing.gz
points.gz

Here what does the data in faceProcAddressing.gz or pointProcAddressing.gz represent?
