Dear all,

I am quite new to OpenFOAM, worked with Fluent for several years.
However, I cant get started to OpenFOAM even though I read lots of
stuff.
The tutorials I run successful.

But how can I create a new case?
$FOAM_RUN/tutorials/*class*/*case* is working
but why I cant create something like
$FOAM_RUN/owncases/*class*/*case*?
FoamX isnt recognizing it.

So far I actually dont understand the complete process of modelling.
Is there any tutorial which is describing setting up a case with
building geometry, mesh, BC's and so on? Or can anybody here give my the
necessary hints?

Help will be highly appreciated

Soeren
