Hi,
I try to use OpenFOAM to simulate the dynamic of a film on a solid surface. I need to patch a film on the surface (with a specific thickness). I know how to use the setFieldsDict to initialize the alpha value (liquid) in box (boxToCell) or a sphere (SphereToCell). Unfortunalty the surface that I need to use is not plane (it is a curved shape), so I can't use boxToCell. Anybody know how to set the alpha value near a curved surface (is a parabolic shape)? The optimum is to create a film, attached to this curved surface, with a desired thickness t. Thanks for your help Fabio |
