Dear all:
I found that in kEpsilon.C ( https://cpp.openfoam.org/v7/kEpsilon_8C_source.html ) line 252 updated epsilon and G at the wall. Epsilon and G in cell centers of the first layer are updated before assembling epsilon matrix( updateCoeffs() can be found in epsilonWallFunction.C https://cpp.openfoam.org/v7/epsilonW...8C_source.html and line 175 to 230 do calculation). However, it seems that in kEpsilon.C k of cell centers in the first layer is not updated before kEqn. But for a kWallFunction (e.g. kLowReWallFunction.C https://cpp.openfoam.org/v7/kLowReWa...8C_source.html), it has a member function updateCoeffs() in line 97 to 161 and it does calculation of k on the wall. So my question is: Should k be updated before assembling kEqn? But updateCoeffs() of k can't be found in kEpsilon.C Each reply will be appreciated! samuel Last edited by Samuel Twain; October 31, 2019 at 03:03. |
