Default How to modify the scalar value from the BC implementation

Is there way I can access and change the value of a scalar (or label) defined in the main function from the BC implementation?

It seems there is no easy way to do that since the BC implementation is another module.
My intention was to merge the pressure and temperature boundary implementation together. I figured out that using the static class member can do the trick.
