Default confusing term Ueqn.A and D_u

I am confusing with 2 term

D_{u} is diagonal part of momentum matrix and

a^{u}_{p} at the picture below.

in Ueqn.H of rhoSimpleFoam, A = Ueqn().A()

Is all of above is the same?
