Pyrokrates is on a distinguished road
Hey,

I would like to simulate porous media with pimpleFoam. My Darcy value of porous media changes over time so I need to recalculate my U and p fields (not every single time step but from time to time). Now I get conflicts with relaxation factors. To let U change I need larger RFs (0.1 - 0.01), for a stable U field close to my porous media I need low RFs (0.0001 - 0.00001). If I blink between this RF values by uising U (large) and Ufinal (small) paired with multiple nOuterCorrectors, my solution starts to diverge because the jumps from large to small RFs and back and so on destroying the results.

Does anybody know if there is a possible way to blink between small and large RFs without diverging of simulation?

Thanks in advance.
