this error becomes appear after rhoCentralFoam run.what means "e" in this error?if it means epsilon I have set to laminar at this stage of problem.
thanks for helping! fluxScheme: Kurganov Starting time loop Mean and max Courant Numbers = 97.4802 211.345 deltaT = 9.46319e-10 Time = 9.46319e-10 diagonal: Solving for rho, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0 diagonal: Solving for rhoUx, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0 diagonal: Solving for rhoUy, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0 swak4Foam: Allocating new repository for sampledGlobalVariables smoothSolver: Solving for Ux, Initial residual = 0.333341, Final residual = 0.00307904, No Iterations 48 smoothSolver: Solving for Uy, Initial residual = 1, Final residual = 0.00940892, No Iterations 84 diagonal: Solving for rhoE, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0 --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: keyword e is undefined in dictionary "/home/ehsan/Desktop/thesis/system/fvSolution::solvers" file: /home/ehsan/Desktop/thesis/system/fvSolution::solvers from line 22 to line 38. hi
type h instead of e in thermophysical file to use of enthalpy instead of internal energy let me know if it solved or any problem occured. |

It works just fine,thanks.
By the way, do you know if rhoCentralFoam has any problems with low Mach numbers ? I solved an incompressible case with icoFoam and now i'm trying to get the same results with the compressible solver,as long as my flow remains incompressible. Regards again |

I'm glad it resolved.
I don't think rhoCentralFoam has any trouble with low Re problems. don't have to feel any doubt about this change! anyway I'll be happy if i can help any problems. Last edited by immortality; March 29, 2013 at 01:12. |
