Default how to write code in the forum?

What do you mean exactly with code format?

Code:
This is code
is written as
[CODE]This is code[/COD E]
(remove the space in '/COD E')

No. If that is too much typing for you look for the #-symbol just above the editing area

If the code is written here the capture will take the example itself as code.
Just a small modification [c]enter text[/c]
NOTE c = code
