setFields -time <range> ?

Default setFields -time <range> ?

Dear All,

by using "setFields -time 0,20 " is it possible to give a same constant temperature value to some cells at every time step during 20 seconds?

I tried but does not work.

pleased if you could give some idea how can I do that?
