Problem on convergence.

Hello,
What's up everyone??
So,Im simulating a case,using chtMultiRegionSimpleFOAM and I have a fix flux on one side of the geometry.

minZ
{
type externalWallHeatFluxTemperature;
K solidThermo; // solidThermo or lookup
q uniform 375; // Heat flux / [W/m2]
value uniform 294.05; // Initial temperature / [K]
KName none;
}

However,the temperature doesn't equilibrate with the system and it increases all the time,the system doesn't enter on convergence.What should I do??
