hi,
im trying to create a axisymmetric multiregion mesh with snappyhexmesh. I'm able to create 2d multiregion mesh: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...tml#post509069 My first idea was to use the makeAxialMesh tool but i get a lot of warning cause the mesh wedge patches aren't flat. But the deviation to a plane are only minor (1e-9). In order to run makeAxialMesh. I have to run it with a small offset as the axis isn't flat. Running snappyhexmesh on wedge is hopeless. Has somebody tried a different approch? any ideas? |
