Madeleine P. Vincent is on a distinguished road
I was wondering whether the entries in the constant/transportProperties file for the BirdCarreau and the CrossPowerLaw Coefficients are necessary for a k-epsilon analysis in simpleFoam and/or pisoFoam.

For a simpleFoam case, Newtonian transport, I can erase them from the transportProperties file and I don't see any difference.

I was speculating that they only apply to LES simulations, or perhaps they are used in the piso algorithm (?)

Thanks!
Madeleine.
