Parcels injection with sprayFoam

Hello everybody,

I am simulating gasoline sprays with openfoam.

I was working with OpenFoam 1.7.1 so I was using the dieselFoam solver with the diesel spray sources but I've just switched to OpenFoam 2.3.1 where the dieselFoam solver has been replaced by the sprayFoam solver and the lagrangian sources have been completely rewritten.

So I'm a bit confused on how the new lagrangian sources work.
For example, I've found the injection models (in lagrangian/intermediate/submodels/Kinematic/InjectionModel) but I don't understand where they are called. In OpenFoam 1.7.1 there was the sprayInject file which defined the injection process but I can't find any equivalent thing in the 2.3.1 version.

If anybody could come up with some explanations on the working of the new lagrangian sources, it would be a great help.

look at the tutorials for sprayFoam.
