khool_chelsea is on a distinguished road
I have been trying to make a solver to simulate filling process in a reactive casting process. It includes peqn, Ueqn, Teqn, alphaeqn(volume fraction), Calphaeqn(curing rate). Turbulence modelling is based on k-epsilon and non-newtonian model is also coded(Castro-Macosko model). The solver is made and compiled successfully but when i am running the validation case, pressure is taking about 1000iterations to converge and the volume fraction plot is a bit patchy. The interface capturing scheme is isoAdvector. Can anyone see the solver and suggest if i am doing anything wrong. Attaching relevant files.
