Hi community,
Asked Google, tried for hours, and didn't find any solution. Newbie to CFD, so give me a chance

At first, could you kindly look at my checkMesh:

The bold marked "wall2" is the issue. It's an internal wall.
I just don't understand what that means: "multiple regions[...]not connected by any face". These consist of single points, so are these really 'regions' ?? Whats wrong with my mesh?!

simpleFoam calculated the velocities, thereafter the p-solver explodes (divison by 0).

Case running well, when I do have only ONE region (easier setup / mesh).

Technical stuff: simpleFoam, incompressible, laminar. Mesh prepared with Altair Hypermesh.

Would be so great, if you could help me. Trying since weeks with efforts, but without reasonable results.
