Hi all,

I'm currently using and extending twoPhaseEulerFoam for nuclear applications.

However, i've seen many other similar solvers, such as multiPhaseEulerFoam and the reactiveEulerFoam solvers. Is there one among them which might be more robust that the other?

Moreover, with twoPhaseEulerFoam i noticed that when i restart the simulation I have some oscillations of the flow rate, even if i previously reached steady-state. That's not a big deal, but every time I have to restart, I also have to wait a few minuts till the oscillations die out. Again, may the other EulerFoam solvers be of help?

twoPhaseEulerFoam is a legacy solver that is being replaced with reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam which can do everything twoPhaseEulerFoam can do and more (or less i.e. leave out energy equations).

Also note that reactingTwoPhaseEulerFoam has boiling and condensation models typically used in nuclear applications. If you work on these solvers I recommend that you use OpenFOAM-dev.
