I am working on bubble column problem. While plotting U.air and alpha.air, I found that solver is giving value of air velocity at points where alpha.air is nearly zero.
I don't know why it does that. I am using OF-3.0.1 version for my simulations. I have read several threads where same behavior was reported but the reason for that behavior was phase-intensive form of conservation equations. Since OF-3.0.1 is written in conservative form, this problem shouldn't arrive. Please help!! |
