Velocity doesnt change

Default Problem with getting internal flow within building

Hi, i am trying to do a simulation similar to wind around building. I was able to mesh it by snappyhexmesh and get the internal mesh out. But after i run it, the air does not flow around the building . why is that so ? i have attached a Screenshot of what its like now . Please help thank you !
