Toposet Utility under OpenFOAM 4.0

Hello all,

I want to employ adaptive mesh in my OpenFOAM, and I confirmed that OpenFOAM has this function.

This can be achieved through three steps:
1.toposet utility. You can include toposetDic in your system folder
2.refineMesh. Mesh will be refined by your definition in toposetDic.
3.Mapfield. Map the result of the coarse grid to the refined case, and calculate the new case again.

However, at this stage, I met a problem. It looks like I cannot refine my mesh through the GRADIENT, such as grad(U), grad(p), and so forth. I can only name the field (U,p,and any variables in the 0 folder), then set the min and max of it. At the end, the cells whose value of the variable falls into above range, will be refined.

Now, have anyone tried adaptive mesh in OpenFOAM and met the similar circumstance like me? Or you have other way to use adaptive mesh in OpenFOAM based on gradient?
